1. Terribly unstable- I don’t see the company lasting much longer. The company doesn’t have a good course of action and is always changing the structure. 2. Don’t offer enough PTO 3. Benefits could be better

-Benefits are industry Standard - Many Tools available to work -Global Exposure -Clean Office environment -Christmas Lunch -Allowed to wear casuals

Cons

-No leadership -Big turnover of people, most of the talented people left because of Racism in Canada Market- No one cares -No direction -No training -No actions on managers who are incompetent -Impartial behaviors from managers(Especially in Supply Chain department) -Promotes favoritism -Too many tools - No good salary -Extended working hours -No work Life balance -No opportunity to grow within the company -Very Bad employee Rating numbers -No Bonus -Discrimination in salary

Pros

Nice office, sunshine Friday once a month

Cons

A lot of on-going restructuring and retrenchment. Managers with poor decision making skills that change their mind very often which made people suffer. High politic in some team that you will not know who is your friend or enermy .
