Pros

- good pay and pension - colleagues - internal opportunities for developments - strong, recognizable brand - well organized internal process although under constant improvement.

Cons

- Too frequently changing management with changing direction resulting in dropping and re-starting crucial projects. - A lot has changed since Signify became standalone company listed on stock exchange. The core culture is gone and money, stakeholders matter more that people employed. You can feel it at each quarterly review.

Pros

was good company when it was under the Dutch, now just a Chinese box moving company under predatory shareholder's funds control

Cons

poor management, poor company culture, salaries below industry standard, micromanagers heaven, star performers leaving company in flock, one would have to be nuts to accept position there now. no capable leadership, no business sound logic
