never left a place with such disappointment, those Pros don't exist anymore

Cons

Canada office has toxic environment with Indian management coming in, if you're Indian man, you will have higher chance to get hired.

Pros

Good salary and benefits Working hours are very light. Nobody left in the office after 4:30pm.

Cons

Only focus on setting up complex process to keep people busy. Not enough work for all.. Lot of unnecessary jobs. No reward for high performers. Business is no longer a priority, only ticking boxes.

- Good salary as compared to competitors - very professional - Good HR policies - Employee centric and gives good perks

Cons

- very high sales pressure because it is market leader. - Dealers are very old and holds huge turn over hence they give low respect and importance to sales people. -Saturday is off on papers but practically sales people (Even Area Managers) works on Saturday. - Target may be unacheivable. So can hamper incentives.
