Great benefits, Career Growth is slow and plateaus, work life balance was strong for all

Great benefits for all employees (medical, education assistance, etc.)

Cons

Career growth stagnates as most senior roles go to EU employees (in Europe and US), career progression would require you leave and come back. Pay isn't competitive with other US employers.
