      Very smart people in the lower levels company (unfortunately not appreciated at the top mgmt level)

      Cons

      Bad management principles and constant restructuring; infested with politics driven all the way from the top

      Work like balance Well planning of the projects

      Cons

      Not exciting work, a good place to settle and retire. The manager/team lead gets scared to talk to its counterpart in Eindhoven. Feels incapable/inferior and lets the team down by bowing to everything they say.
