Salary is average, nothing much can we call as pros.
Cons
Work culture is terrible, management puts all the pressure on employees, no one is ready to take the responsibility if something goes wrong and seniors are there to take credit of all your successful work, at the end the development engineers who are the most juniors are there to take all the blame not to mention handle all the pressure comes with it. No chance of promotion and increment is less than inflation rate. No parking facilities, no cab facilities. Layoff going on forever. Employees are forced to work late hours yet no cab facilities for female employees.
