      Was Great Once Upon a Time..

      Pros

      Most coworkers are great and hardworking. Benefits are standard, Good vacation time allowance

      Cons

      Upper management is not good. It's baffling how some managers get the roles and stay there or even get further promoted. Mine couldn't even get my name right for a long time and never had a clue how hard people worked. Incredibly unstable company. No matter what you do, you are never safe from the unending layoffs and the constant reorganization that does nothing at all to make business better. It's all office politics.

      Good Company - Poor leadership and HR

      Pros

      Great people, very passionate about their products. Diversity.

      Cons

      Not inclusive at all (new ideas and people thinking differently are not welcome) Toxic leadership culture. Micromanagement. Hire smart people to bring change and then tell them what to do. Leaders blaming people below them for everything that is not working and taking credit for everything that is working. HR focused on digitalization and KPIs but definitely not on people.
