      Pros

      Spent over 30 years at Philips/Signify without ever really needing to leave. The culture fostered is around teamwork and collaboration to improve overall end to end processes. Because of that, I was constantly exposed to co-workers, management and processes in other departments. This provided ample opportunities to move around in the organization and stay interested and impactful.

      Cons

      As with most organizations living through Covid times, global supply chain challenges make pleasing the customers more difficult.

      Cons

      Employees in Sales function have very less Work Life Balance. Losing Market Share due to very High Pricing. Big Cultural Shift after company became Signify Innovations.

      One of the better companies in lighting industry with new innovation in smart lighting and LED technology

      Cons

      Too commoditized product line up. Too short term sales driven Growth potential very limited within the company
