      Pros

      Lightbulbs. Not much else. Good on sustainability.

      Cons

      Lighting industry is dying, sales are dropping, profitability is eroding. Signify has had multiple large scale re-orgs over the past 10 years, and continues to struggle.

      Ok company, good people, promotion requirements are nebulous
