It feels like upper management lacks vision as the company is reorganized and restructured every single year! These constant changes lead to change fatigue and lower job satisfaction. No path for promotions and internal growth. Compensation is lagging significantly behind competitors.

There are a lot of amazing talent people who tend to stay at the company for a long time. The work is interesting and never boring.

Cons

If you don’t live in Houston or Orlando, in the US, there are limited growth opportunities. Recently mandated 3 days a week in office when a lot of people have been very productive at home for the past 3.5 years. If you don’t live near an office you have to move or find a new job. Despite a vocal DEI initiative, the smaller offices can be hostile to BIPOC and women.
