      Did not see any. Just that they re still in IG Metal. At least for now...

      Horrible mananagement. Non sense decisions. All the work is outsourced. There is no possibility of doing anything. No plan or changing plans continously. No learning. Horrible communication or no communication at all. No feedback culture.
