The best company I have worked for
Pros
With respect to the work life balance, this would be the best company. This does not mean that there is no work here, There is plenty of work and you will be given an option to plan your work and life and you will be supported. Good share in equity to the employees. Good hikes. Good respect to employees and takes their opinion in to consideration. Best company for all individual contributors if you have the growth mind set. Most of the people are humble here.
Cons
Sometimes, democracy kills meritocracy. Too much of people orientation and it is little difficult for the managers to manage team. As company grows, getting things done is little slower. You will not get the latest tech stack to work on or you will not find bunch of people who are hungry to achieve something.
