      Pros

      Great pay, great&relevant customer conversations.

      Cons

      Too many old school sales (management) from dying companies like EMC and Oracle are joining. They destroy culture, and almost zero value, but do like to receive credits for work done by others whom already left ServiceNow out of frustration.

      Pros

      Great product (user experience, performance, features) Experience of a fast growing company (40% YoY) Compatitive pay (but heard that they stopped offering stocks in some countries) Happy customers (high CSAT scores)

      Cons

      People get rutinely fired during their first 24 months with the company in the UKI but also across EMEA Lack of teamwork (people keep their heads down) Low business ethics (HRnot keeping confidence, bulling business partners is quite common)

      IT is cutthroat and people are fired if they aren't liked

      The company itself is awesome!

      Cons

      Don't work in IT. Lower bonuses, expected to work every weekend, vacations are denied! If they don't "like" you, no opportunity to transition somewhere else, you are just fired even though it may not be a good fit and you may be valuable in another function. They will keep you in the same function, torture you, and then be told you are fired. Favoritism and hypocrisy on what managers can do versus employees.
