Pros

Morning fruits , perks and evening snaks. Good compensation including RSUs(if given).

Cons

Work life balance. Comparing X years exp guys with 2 X or 3 X years exp persons. Should have clarity while taking the person for particular position. Ex: Taking QA position but asking to Develop the application. Micro management.
