Pros

NOW is driving market change against the old service management vendors. NOW caught BMC, CA, and FrontRange with their pants down.

Cons

Earnings are a challenge for Now because they are single tenant and they my not scale effectively.

Pros

Ability to see your vision become a reality, instead of getting stuck in committee at a bigger company. Focus on hard and challenging engineering problems that come with breakneck growth. Enough money to afford to make better decisions. Frank Slootman

Cons

Political, Schizophrenic Execs and Sr. leaders. Longer hours Focus on lowest common denominator (see other reviews of ex-employees), not the brightest stars. Data Domain/EMC good old boys club

Pros

The people.. I love the people at ServiceNow. All walks of life, all cultures... working to do their best and make it happen. Employees are very open with their thoughts and feedback. Our management team encourages speaking your mind and addressing issues head on. We may not like the result but it is critical to success. E-staff drives consistent message and knows how to work together well. Consistent focus on results. Pay for performance.. you get what you put in. Office space in San Diego and Santa Clara are really nice. Equity play is HUGE! Be prepared to work harder than you ever have professionally. And can't be shy about getting your hands dirty.. but the rewards are there. It is awesome to be a part of building such an amazing product, work with amazing customers and peers .. and know you are making your mark in the industry!

Cons

Not everyone adjusts well to change.. and we are changing every day at a rapid clip. Growing fast, not everyone is assimilating their new hires so you can find yourself with extra education to do .. but it pays off.
