-THEY WILL FIRE YOU IN THE FIRST 2-4MONTHS - FAST HIGHER FASTER FIRE SYSTEM -Super controlling, if you are working here don't fall for their scams, you won't get any bonuses ever -If you aren't on the platform for 10min they automatically reduce your salary for 30minutes -It doesn't matter if you employed 10 people a day or 1 in a week, you will be treated the same, you will have reduced salaries if you were on a call for 11 minutes instead of clicking on the platform(they will tell you it won't be reduced, it's a lie) -THEY DONT SEND SALARIES ON TIME, USUALLY UP TO A MONTH LATE -this is just the tip of the iceberg

This is the second time I post my review since they keep deleting real reviews and only keep fake ones they post themselves. SC is rotten to the core. They fired me without any previous notice (they do this all the time). Micromanaging is insane. Two meetings everyday. Insane unreachable targets, you’re never allowed to do anything differently but are demanded to “think outside the box”. Foul play, gossip, awful toxic environment, intimidation and and humiliation. High stress, miserable pay. All the “service” they sell is based on lies.
