Pros
The greatest asset of the company is its people, professionals who make the work much easier. The work environment and professionalism makes possible an optimal performance and that the synergies between departments are fast and coordinated. In short, working in such an environment generates satisfaction and above all gives a good foundation to a company that is growing and expanding.
Cons
The work is dynamic and 100% office based, the adaptation is constant, however there is not yet a policy that allows a hybrid work although Service Club is already working on it.
