      Teamwork Diverse Training Support Great salary Room to advance

      Vehicle program is terrible. Supply chain needs improvements. Incentive package was good, but is now unobtainable. Work / family time is not balanced.

      The people in local offices are great and work hard. Pay is good

      Cons

      Unless you know someone and come from TKE or Otis don’t bother applying. They will find a reason to not promote you or give you a role you want. Management only hires friends or family. Zero diversity. Horrible business structure, more with less. Customers not happy, cancellation through the roof, on record to be the worst elevator company in the US. Can’t keep people, don’t hire people with experience, and have too many managers not enough field people.

      PTO, Sick, other benefits, insurance fair. Field Techs are great

      Cons

      Work ethics of the sales and supers is very poor, they have a pattern of blaming others for shortcomings not just with other employees but with customers too. Very foul, unsuitable environment for professionals.
