Unless you know someone and come from TKE or Otis don’t bother applying. They will find a reason to not promote you or give you a role you want. Management only hires friends or family. Zero diversity. Horrible business structure, more with less. Customers not happy, cancellation through the roof, on record to be the worst elevator company in the US. Can’t keep people, don’t hire people with experience, and have too many managers not enough field people.
