      Pros

      Nice tech company! Schibsted is the leading media house in Sweden by far. I had a good experience and personal development. Can recommend.

      Cons

      High performance and high stress level. i worked with sales and of course the tempo and pace should be high. The competition between colleagues is quite and internal politics is also a bit demanding. Not so much room for creativity.

      Working hours, schedule and the salary. Good facilities in the house, some benefits like medical insurance, this helps you if you need an operation.

      Cons

      The psychosocial climate may be a challenge. Not easy to advance, lack of qualified management, little chance to more education.
