      Exiting company going through a though digital transformation.

      Cons

      In order to become top management in this company I recommend you to have a top rated MBA or have taken part in the SCM Management Trainee Program. Your last option is to be from Mckinsey. Then your word are like gold even though you never consulted in the Tech industry and you have no product experience what so ever.

      They are very human and take care of the employees. They also let you be yourself and the management structure is flat.
