      Pros

      Scala, devops (automate all the things!), good processes, sensible people, work-life balance, good hiring bar despite high growth rate

      Cons

      Temporary office space is getting rather full but we'll soon be expanding into a new, better office

      Pros

      - Young environment - Good people - Good benefits (company restaurant, holidays etc)

      Cons

      - Burocratic AND messy - Long hours - No care for personal relations much - they are moving from a Norwegian culture to what they call "international". Means that Norwegian still rules, and international cannot enjoy of the Norwegian welfare anymore
