      Easy to get a job here due to massive staff turnover

      Cons

      Staff don't know what they are doing and lie to customers to get them to go away. Management don't care about customers, only what can be sold to them. Everyone hates their job.

      There are none I can think of!

      Recruited as a mortgage adviser under premise there was very little paperwork and there was a great bonus scheme. Both of which were untrue. I worked regularly through my lunch and came in early/stayed late every day even giving up my day off to see more clients as I was put under SO much pressure from both the regional manager and branch manager. Disgusting place to be.

      there is virtually no pro for this shop.

      Capital Markets / Santander Global Banking & Markets: unprofessional behavior from first until last day, be it management, HR or anybody else. Actively deceiving new joiners. Employment contracts don't mean anything to them - they systematically break them. Make sure you literally get everything in writing and never rely on their inflated promises.
