Pros
As a member of staff, you don't have to pay for a 123 account.
Cons
Contrary to how the PRA and FCA require Santander to operate, this does not wash well with many of the branch managers still in the business, who still threat and judge staff by how many credit cards and current accounts they switch on a day to day basis etc, and pay no attention to managing conflicts of interest. Customers first?
