      You have the pleasure of working downtown and paying $140 a month for parking and commuting an hour and dealing with all the homeless people.

      Cons

      You have a great opportunity to mingle with the homeless after an hour commute downtown and paying $140 a month to park.

      Pros

      Vacation. Subsidized rail passes.

      Cons

      People not interested in communicating processes to be followed but expect them to be followed. Environment of secrecy at certain levels; not sharing what people need to know to do their job. Extremely frustrating and a job to nowhere.

      Loved the work I conducted Allowed a good work/life balance on our team Teamwork within each teamwork and across others

      Managers lack management training Managers punish employees who offer constructive feedback Managers openly encourage employees to talk to each other department wide, but turn around and punish them for doing so in private during reviews Compensation for existing (Sovereign) employees well below market value Goals established in the beginning of the year, that are SMART, are changed 2 days prior to year end performance reviews, and no longer SMART causing employees to barely meet goals Sr Leadership made promises, yet never delivered Year end performance review timeline lasts 5 months
