      Pros

      -Close to "T" -Meet some international people -If you're really into the mainframe -If you need to kill a year in between jobs and they offer you a very good rate, then maybe

      Cons

      -Very antiquated systems. Windows 2003 was common, filling out tickets by scanning paper. Hard to get a password to even access a lot of systems. -Very low professionalism: Managers undermining other managers Higher than usual nepotism and croneyism Very high turnover. McDonald's like in some areas. People yelling, carrying on, histrionics, etc. -Columbia Park facility is old and crowded. Very hard to get a conference room. -Poor promotions, lack of growth -Onboarding takes a long, long time. Think-- just getting your laptop is a minor miracle

      Pros

      Work - life balance, little/no supervision, flexible hours and ability to work from home

      Cons

      Expectations change by the minute. Hard to tell if it’s because goals are changing or if management simply doesn’t know what they want. HR is non-existent. IT took two months to get all systems set up when I started, and took away all my accesses before my last day. Incredibly high employee turnover rate.

      Pros

      not many pros, if and when company meets goal will you receive a decent bonus if you are in the top 10 in your department

      Cons

      no advancement, can work there for years and not be able to move due to intercompany politics. no longer making the revenue needed to receive good bonuses(mostly because SCUSA no longer values their employees over their shareholders)
