AWFUL systems with teams that can't support them.
IT runs the bank (with their poor systems and practices)
Does not promote a risk minded culture.
Poor leadership and management.
Unethical practices.
Weak recruiting process and placement. People in roles that clearly aren't qualified.
Micromanagers.
No dress code.
Bullying.
Nothing gets done. There's a clash between the ones that want to do the right thing and people that don't-- seems like some people are part of a mafia and there are cover ups with issues and problems. How can you fix anything without understanding the root cause and holding certain teams/ people accountable?
