      - Work life balance - Colleagues are friendly, nice work culture, feels like a big family - Little internal politics - Company does put an effort to listen to their employees - A number of great managers who value their team

      Cons

      - Top management should listen more to people on the ground so that goal-setting stays realistic, achievable and in line with the company's direction - compensation may not be the highest - certain administrative procedures are a hassle

      Continuous changes - do something, undo it, re-do it over The company grew too quickly without being able to absorb the changes The company tired to crush the creativity they attempted to foster.

      Senior Management continues to implement culture busting philosophies because they do not understand the market space. Impending layoff coming soon. The organization does not have a deep bench to fill the void for losing their #1 product.
