      Pros

      Change management is championed. Great Quality Systems processes. Great health care benefit package. Opportunities for international assignments with the mother company; Novartis.

      Cons

      Sandoz leadership is like Nero fiddling whilst Rome burns. Exceptionally high turnover rate with no true drive to root cause by site leadership. Employees are even opting to resign even though they do not have a job waiting for them on the other side of the door.

      Pros

      Good place to work it you want to learn more about pharmaceuticals. There are a lot of departments to move into if your interested.

      Cons

      There are a lot of pros and cons about the industry. It is a big company so production is paramount. You will get lost in the shuffle if your one of the underlings.

      Pros

      Sandoz is a good and fair company providing nice challenges as a Functional / Business Analyst. There were always good opportunities throughout my career.

      Cons

      Sandoz being part of Novartis, there was too much overhead in the IT change management process. The off-shore process brings too much delays in the deliveries of solutions which can bring much frustrations.
