      OK place to work after much needed changes

      Pros

      International company with growth potential. Campus is modern and beautifully renovated. On-site cafeteria service. Everything is neat. Professional environment. Fairly good compensation.

      Cons

      Lots of in and out. Work, work. Plant isn't up-to-date at all with safety measures. Good ideas get ignored on a daily basis. Those with a big mouth tend to run the place. Management have a tendency to cut corners in order to have a bigger bonus. Company tries to alienate people but fails.

      Good benefits. Great people to work with (willing to help one another).

      Cons

      Everything is a priority. Too many levels of approval (and presentations, and meetings) to make decisions.

      Good benefits. If you like OT this is the place to be. First shift hours are good for operations workers.

      Cons

      No advancement, lack of development, training department loses training documents, no work life balance for operations.
