Good pay Gifts Leave policy, flexibility

Cons

Micromanagement from managers, night shift which will eventually drain the energy from you. Support roles are great for 6months-1yr because learning gets stagnant after a certain point of time as you wont get to build anything from the scratch here. It has become more like a bpo work culture , CSATS metrics , dumb customers dont understand anything will give you a DSAT which will spoil your whole quater’s KPI. Only join salesforce’s support role if you want a ctc boost , then leave after one year for a development role. Support me kuch nahi rakkha hai guys!!
