      Pros

      Really enjoyed my time at Salesforce! They take really good care of their employees and there are many opportunities for growth. Compensation is competitive and they have great benefits!

      Pros

      Salesforce is a good company. They are fast paced and at forefront of technology. They take good care of employees - pay package and benefits are top notch, which is why attrition is low compared to industry average.

      Cons

      Management is chaotic. Relationship outside the org is dysfunctional, especially with Security. Too many Product managers and TPM's who can easily be replaced by Gemini Notes.
