      Loved it here once, but then they lost sight of their mission and now everyone is leaving.

      Pros

      Benefits are outstanding. I much longer than I wanted to, just for the benefits. Most of the people are wonderful and kind.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Low pay compared to industry standards. They pay about 20% lower base salary and much less generous bonus plan than others in the industry. Used to have good work/life balance, but that has changed drastically. They "encourage taking time off and being with your family" but then constantly check metrics in the CRM, number of sales calls, quality of call notes, (was this actually a sales call or was it a customer service type call?) I was there for almost 10 years, promoted, and made goal all but one year, and I still got asked those questions constantly. They give micro-management a whole new meaning. It is kind of normalized when you are there, and then when you leave you realize that level of micro-management is not normal and it's actually offensive.
