Pros

Will not find better benefits anywhere everyone in the company is very approachable, the CEO tries hard to get to know everyone. I had nothing but great experiences from the top level executives. college reimbursement program so you can get yourself a degree.

Cons

Covid has changed the company. very small amount of people working in office. seems like a disconnect from middle management to the top levels.

Just awesome. In terms of policy and culture.

Cons

The blunt double standards of the HOD's. Biased and partial and will give a blind eye if you raise concerns. They need Yes Maám squad

Pros

The health insurance is good. The flexibility of work hours is good.

Cons

Pay is lower than the standard unless you are at the management level. Management is paid high salaries while non-management are given bread crumbs. Pay increases are almost non-existent. Being promoted to the management level is near impossible.
