Pros

Day Shift(9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) being an MNC, Flexibility on working hours, and Leaves policy.

Cons

Low compensation and no incentives at all. Too much workload and pressure compared to salary. Management is always ready to throw tantrums when comes to increment(the percentage on each rating has gone down since 2015). You may be asked to work on something different other than your portfolio without being asked to cover up your time if you are done with your assigned tasks. The company has given WFH permanently and saved the cost on administrative expenses, left the leased space so saved lacs on rents and electricity, and is saving on the food allowance but does not give any benefit to employees in return except broadband bill with a cap of Rs. 1000/month. On the other side, the division based in New Delhi does lesser work due to handling only India and neighboring countries' business which is not even half of what the Global Service Division does in Dehradun. Better go to Delhi branch to enjoy higher salaries and less work. On top of that New Delhi branch employees do not have knowledge of their own processes. Laughs and Pity on them. Last but not the least, the CEO of the company said that they had best year in history when the pandemic hit, but in return gave 5 days leave at the end of year to shut mouths asking for better increments.
