Pros

Benefits are good, especially maternity leave People are great

Cons

Remuneration is really low Promotions are hard to come by Loads of dead weight because people don't leave the company People often get stuck, because the tier above them is full of people who won't leave Instead of hiring people when some staff eventually do leave/ go on mat leave, their workload is shared out among the rest of the team, with no increase in remuneration. How is this fair?

Pros

- Reasonable pay - Ease of leave application

Cons

- Political environment more than working environment. - Colleague who intervene your private life for benefit of their own. - Genuine staffs are not appreciated, therefore lost of people who are performing, remaining people are who can please the MD well. - Be prepared to be scapegoat. - Lengthy approval process over small things because MD need to be pleased to get things approved. - No transparency among colleague, dark secret between management which can't be shared with colleague from other region. - Handling politic issues, gossips, finding scapegoat more than work.
