Thank you for taking time to post your review. I am sorry you feel Sage doesn’t value its employees. As a current colleague, you are aware we are undertaking a period of organisational change to make us stronger, better and more customer focused than ever before. Change is unsettling and can affect people in various ways. Sage truly values each and every colleague. We know we cannot deliver fantastic new products, respond to customers, and drive our business forward without every colleague working together. We work hard to find ways to reward and recognise employees from the Platinum Elite scheme at the top end, to generous benefits at the other - right to saying ‘thank you’ or ‘good job’. It’s not just about benefits and rewards, it’s about recognising and appreciating our colleagues – we do this, but always open to suggestions about how we can do this better.
