Pros

- Competitive salary compared to similar roles in Spain - International environment and the chance to work with global teams -Very inclusive culture — supportive of LGBTQ+ employees, gender equality, and human rights - Some flexibility with working hours

Cons

- The company recently enforced a 3-day office policy with no room for discussion, dismissing how it affects employees' personal lives -The CEO publicly dismissed employees’ concerns about hybrid work policies as “irrelevant” — this goes against the values the company claims to promote - Increasingly disconnected from the human values the company claims to uphold - We're expected to go to the office regularly, but there's no support for travel when collaborating with international teams — which feels inconsistent - Communication from leadership has been blunt and lacks empathy - Employees are encouraged to stay silent rather than voice concerns, which is discouraging

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. If you have any concerns regarding hybrid working, please discuss them with your manager and wider team to ensure you receive the necessary support in adhering to the policy. As a people-centred organisation, we believe that flexible working, which allows for ample face-to-face collaboration, is essential for strengthening our culture and helping all our colleagues thrive.

Pros

- Collaboration among colleagues - Intensive summer schedule - Free access to the LinkedIn Learning platform - Days of volunteering

Cons

- there is no professional career model; therefore, promotions are non-existent - salaries are practically frozen - there isn't always a good rapport among colleagues on the same project but from different teams or countries - most managers hold their positions based on the number of years they've been with the company rather than being trained or qualified for the role - there are no budgets for training or any kind of development. - overtime is not common, but even if you work extra hours, it's not possible to record them because we are forced to report them the same way - after years of remote work, we are required to return to the office two days a week to encourage face-to-face interactions. However, there hasn't been a single face-to-face meeting since we returned, not even the annual evaluation - most of the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and personal goals are related to non-personal matters, and the outcomes often do not depend on you, sometimes even related to projects you are not a part of.
