Repugnant Self serving, unprofessional technology management. Blatant favouritism, suck up to and become a management side-kick & you'll be promoted in no time. Horrendous Corporate BS. Many managers seem to have forged their careers on throwing around buzzwords & meaningless corporate drivel. If your face doesn't fit, you won't get on. Significant staff turnover. Many new starters don't stay. Lack of vision by senior management. Senior management malign staff behind their backs & in front of their peers.

The ability to work from home. Substantial paid time off at start of employment. Better than average benefit package. Short company name.

Cons

Turning into just another call center only concerned with throwing warm bodies on the phones. Lack of care for employees or customer.
