Pros

Colleagues are young and energetic. Things can move quickly without hierarchy and too much approval.

Cons

HK office follow regional standard. Advancement is not in pace with trend and started losing opportunity. Open culture may also need structure and strong sense of self-discipline.

Sages changes. FAST.

Pros

Good benefits, but sadly getting worse over time. Very casual and a lot of good people.

Cons

The company puts their customers as their top priority. So much so that, they tend to forget about their employees. Everything changes so fast and abruptly for people in the R&D that you'd find people working on things they aren't the best at or even accustomed to, making them drive a 4L while they can drive a Ferrari.. or vice-versa!
