Thank you for your feedback. Sorry things didn't work out for you at Sage. We have awesome products at Sage as you say and what makes them so great are our developers, product developers, our sales teams, our technical support teams and all the support teams too. Whether that's in US, UK, Australia, France, Brazil etc - we are one Sage and despite the recent challenges which came from the need to transform the business, our dedicated people continue to make, support, market and sell great tech. Sometimes we get stuff wrong, we are not perfect, but we listen and learn and remedy the situation. Let's take the new Leading for Leaders programme - a suite of modules all our people leaders will do (plus new leaders coming into the business). We want to ensure our leaders lead from the front, do the right thing and ensure our colleagues receive great coaching from them. Our people will see the difference once this programme is bedded in.
