Pros

Sage is a growing, profitable, cash generative, acquisitive, ambitious, modern and exciting tech company - with good incentives and high engagement with staff. What more could you ask for?

Cons

Not recommended for people reticent to change or for individuals who do not want to work in a fast paced environment.

Pros

Sage in undergoing an ambitious transformation as it moves to a global operating model and rapidly modernise its product offerings to compete in an increasingly cloud solution dominated market. It's great to see Sage going through this much needed change, but at the same time change is difficult and can create some (hopefully temporary) pain-points. I'm encouraged by what I see but there's still plenty to do.

Cons

Change is scary and can create some difficult working conditions as old ways of working are removed and new ones take time to bed down. We need to be understanding and patient whilst remembering that these issues will be temporary.

Thanks you for reviewing Sage. We wholeheartedly agree with you - transformation was needed and some people love change and others find it more difficult. We have learnt many lessons from the process but one thing we always have to bear in mind the effect it has on individuals. At the end of the day it is these colleagues who ensure Sage is the great company it is, so treating our people with respect is important. Thanks again for your feedback.
