      Pros

      Lots of support, training, infrastructure, excellent holidays, health insurance.

      Cons

      Not for the faint hearted. Pressure to perform. If you can take pressure, well and good. If not, get out of the Sage kitchen.

      Pros

      Sage is undergoing a huge transformation and as a result is an exciting and dynamic place to work. The strategy is really clear and compelling. Great team who are keen to help and take part. I love the people I work with. The focus on customers is a really important part of the job and Sage is encouraging all employees to do the right thing by customers. Love being part of a winning team

      Cons

      Lots of ongoing change can sometimes mean too much to do and there needs to be more prioritisation.

      CEO - visionary, stategist Office - new, ergonomic, good location, a lot of facilities Home office People - helping and friendly

      Cons

      Long decision making process Lack of proffessional onboarding and not enough trainings especially for new emploees Long meetings with slow progress in business
