Cons

Compensation offer sounded good but unattainable because of lack of resources, tools, and poor management. Proccesses are unclear and unestablished. Communication is apparently over rated. They hired 20 people for payment sales and got rid of everyone within 6 months of hire date. Leadership doesnt acknowledge or own there short comings so they get rid of the staff.

Good team, bad company

Pros

Highly functional, friendly and efficient team. Mature, profitable on-premise products with many features and strong, stable customer base. Agility and integrity in work performance is valued.

Cons

Corporate decisions exclusively favor trimming staff and cutting benefits. Promotion and merit increases are too difficult to achieve, and recent trends in performance management have made it nearly impossible to warrant anything above "meets expectations."

Not a nice place anymore

Pros

Great building, good facilities onsite. Still has a lot of employees who are genuinely knowledgeable and want to do their best for the customer.

Cons

Has gone rapidly downhill as a place to work over the last few years - more so over the last year - and no sign of improvement. The current CEO is hideously out of touch with anything happening at a local level. Unreachable targets, no effort to keep committed and experienced people. Full of buzzwords and enforced positivity with blinkered upper management and morale getting lower by the day.
