Pros

Part timers can pick up hours or get a second job somewhere else. Get to choose your own schedule when first hired and are given many many hour options by recruiter. They will work around school schedule. Great starter company to get into insurance. Get 2 twenty minute paid BreaKS and a half hour unpaid lunch.

Cons

When working full time you get burnt out being tied to a phone all day. They need to throw maybe one more break in there. Being tied to a phone feels very annoying and like youre trapped somehow. Cannot talK to Co workers or catch a break ever because the calls keep rolling in. And that should give us a lot more after call time/unscheduled time to take care of our restroom needs.

Colleagues were some great people, really funny and gave good advice when I was new. My trainers were very helpful at all times, especially if I needed a tool or something.

Cons

If someone else in the company screws up, you will get blamed if the customer leaves a less than stellar review. Our routes are ridiculous, get sent all over the place while having more jobs than we can handle which forces us to cut corners a bit. If you're seasonal, good luck ever finding out when you can get your job back. Also be prepared to suddenly be thrown out like a piece of trash. Pay is a bit low for how much work is done. The DM's are not very competent, they seem to have little idea what's going on. They also appear to have gargantuan egos.

Pros

Good base pay, good benefits, management is nice, at least in Chandler, Arizona where I was located. Good location, Its the perfect job for a young person looking to get a decent paycheck while going to school. They will help pay for school in some instances.

Cons

It is fairly hard to make commission unless you work really really hard, even then the payout is not great. Management will write you up for not meeting numbers, so you need to be careful.
