Good JOb to have, excellent pay excellent benefits great place to grow as a person

don't really have any. besides more communication between coach and CSR other than that I love it

Pros

It's good pay for a call center position. The management is relatable. If you put forth the effort, there are opportunities for promotions. This is a great job for a people person.

Cons

You really do need to make sure you get to work and log in on time. They are pretty strict about clocking in even one minute late.
