There are good people that work here.

I worked at Safelite for 2.5 years and started off with a very positive experience. After two years I was promoted, and shortly afterward I even received a Focus Award in recognition of my work. Unfortunately, things changed when I was assigned a new manager. In my personal experience, our working styles didn’t align, and what I saw as differences in approach or opinion escalated into several written notices. This created an uncomfortable work environment for me. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the environment to anyone in my network. If you do choose to work here, I would personally advise avoiding the supply chain finance team, as my interactions there were the primary reason my experience changed so drastically.

Benefits, people, travel, pay and hours

Cons

New level up/down pay system sucks. Can get multiple dollars per hour taken away just from a customer doing a survey wrong yet verbally stating everything was perfect
