      1. Employee benefits given by company are good i.e. Food, medical 2. Health and safety of employee is priority 3. Process oriented org 4. Timing 8hr a day excluding lunch brk

      Cons

      1. Org don't trust on employees 2. Work environment is suffocating 3. Manager keep watch on you and your activities, what you are doing 4. Very bad politics 5. HR people's are not supportive, they are just puppet 6. AT ALL NO JOB GUARANTEE (Lay-off is very normal thing for them) 7. Since 2014 going through bad phase, no pay hikes or max. 5% hikes. [Revenues declined from 48bn (2014) to 27bn (2018)] 8. Technologically very old. 9. No Embedded software career in Pune of people. They are struggling to get projects. Suggestion not to join as embedded software in Pune. 10. Stake holders treat Indian people very disrespectfully. 11. They never listen to you even you are right in Technical things also.

      -HR has no say in resolving any HR related matters. A manager (who has spent 5+ years in org) can get any away with unprofessional acts such as personal favors and many more. -They ask to complete N number of ethics exam but they follow almost none. One word: Hypocrisy.

      90% Office Politics 10% Work Unethical People -mostly managers Toxic Work Environment Disrespectful Environment - Freshers are insulted most of the times and treated like slaves Make you work on the weekends and other holidays whether it is urgent or not just to show their authority and feel like kings. For Girls - It is a nightmare if you are not a political person and are work focussed. Non Inclusive Culture. HR always listen to managers, do not listen to employees. Exploitation at its Height. No communication preferred in case of any issue to employees, only communications through HR actions to oppress the employees and make them feel like slaves. In short, this place is hell for high potential employees starting their career.
