Pros
- Diverse workforce - Culture of change - things rarely stay stagnant - Can be challenging depending on which role you're in. - Good policies in place to prevent discrimination - Competitive at certain centers. - Possible to move out of your discipline to somethign completely new to experience something different.
Cons
- Politics. Who you know matters more than how good you are. - HR is a little delusioned and handled with an engineering approach (statistics and numbers only). Not the best way to promote unity/loyalty and a happy workforce. No real engagement with workforce to ensure workers are satisfied, motivated, and taken care of. - The frequent change and switching of management destroys continuity sometimes - more inefficient and problems repeat themselves.
