      Great training emphasis on safety opportunities for promotion and growth

      Cons

      Extremely political Management changes every couple of years so you wind up with people who have no idea what they're doing and by the time they do they're moved elsewhere. Promise of growth and a variety of positions but those are limited to either sales or operations. Strong emphasis on culture but it's beat down by all the politics
